The MELT Method employs small balls and foam rollers to simulate therapeutic treatments, improving movement potential, body structure, and posture, while relieving joint pain. MELTed SCULPT

This class will be sure to get your energy flowing! We’ll be fusing barre and Pilates-inspired moves with yoga and revolutionary MELT method techniques. These dynamic, high rep, small isometric movements will offer lots of toning and lengthening, all while taking care of the fascia, rather than depleting it! We’ll work on plumping the tissues of cellulite-prone areas, combating the effects of aging and achy joints as well as preventing that second day soreness you notice with traditional exercises. YOGA FLOW

An energetic class utilizing vinyasas (breath-synchronized movement) to invigorate the body and mind. Each class includes Sun Salutations, standing postures, and a floor series to encourage students to move deeper into their practice. This class is appropriate for every level of practitioner.

BARRE

Using a combination of postures inspired by yoga, Pilates, and ballet, this class offers a variety of toning and lengthening techniques. Dynamic, high-rep, small isometric movements at the barre make it effective. Barre is great for all fitness levels, as there are modifications to increase intensity as well as decrease it.
Barre targets smaller muscle groups not easily accessed with traditional-style exercises, incorporating core work, "seat" (a.k.a. booty) tightening, a touch of choreography, and stretching. With barre, you will achieve increased flexibility and strength, along with long and lean muscles. Because what good is strength without flexibility?
Hustle & Flow

Are you looking to explore your yoga practice and experiment with poses? This class is for you! Hustle & Flow is a Level 2/Intermediate class (students have a strong sense of comfort and knowledge with vinyasa, down dog, chaturanga, and other yoga poses).
Hustle & Flow is a powerful, energetic form of flow-based yoga that links conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. Students will explore more complex movements and sequences, incorporating deeper backbends, hip openings, twists, and folds. There will also be opportunity to work on arm balances and inversions.

The perfect counterbalance to a fast-paced, busy life! Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. Yin targets the deepest tissues of the body – our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body, and the meridians. Yin: increases circulation, improves flexibility, calms and balances the mind, and reduces stress and anxiety. It improves joint mobility and brings balance to the organs through meridian stimulation. This class is great for any level practitioner and will be sure to leave you feeling calmer and at peace!

Yomassage® offers a captivating blend of massage, mindfulness, and restorative yoga, making it suitable for everyone – no yoga experience required. This unique practice combines fully supported restorative yoga positions with therapeutic touch, creating a serene environment for relaxation and rejuvenation. Each session lasts 60-90 minutes and includes guided breath work and meditation, accompanied by 5-6 restorative poses. Participants relax in these positions for up to 10 minutes while therapeutic massage techniques enhance the experience. Emphasizing breath focus and the yogic principle of self-reflection, this practice integrates gentle stretching, touch, and mindfulness, paving the way for deep relaxation and healing.

MELT Performance transcends the foundational 4 R’s of MELT - Reconnect, Rebalance, Rehydrate, and Release - by incorporating the two R’s of Neurostrength: Reintegrate and Repattern. This is a level 2/Intermediate class (participants have had previous MELT experience and have basic knowledge of MELT moves and terminology).
Neurostrength focuses on restoring proper joint stability and control, enabling more efficient movement while reducing the risk of injury and pain. Consider our largest joints: the shoulders, hips, and spine!
While MELT emphasizes fascia, Neurostrength is dedicated to enhancing joint stability. It's common for our bodies to develop faulty movement patterns, especially during motion. By addressing typical compensations that compromise joint integrity, Neurostrength moves promote optimal muscle/joint timing and control, leading to stronger, more stable joints.
